I now have lived in Bremerhaven from my fifteenth year on, that is 33 years ago and I must say I even like it to live here. Although many of other opinion about living quality in this city are: "bad weather, unemployment, culturally almost nothing", but after a look over the dyke or a walk trough one of the parks I say to myself: "you sure miss this everwhere else." I am drawing and painting for about eleven or twelve years now as compensation for the rather non-creative work of an electrician, and the buildings and environments surround me are my motifs. With advice and criticism, I learned through friends, pros and my children, and they opened doors for me, which I not even would have found.
